The staff is incredibly attentive and professional. The hotel offers updated and reasonably large rooms with a mountain view, a balcony, and pillows on the bed. The location of the venue is decent, close to better, local restaurants, and a shopping mall. Tasty dishes can be found in the poolside restaurant. I like staying here when I am in Caracas.

The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking and definitely worth the stay. As a budget traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bedsheets and the friendly and helpful bellboy. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options and polite staff.
Felt very lucky, nothing to complain about.

Accommodation was pretty standard and spotless, rooms were newly decorated and nicely furnished. We ate at a fantastic restaurant for dinner. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional, the bathroom was spacious. The vibe here was quiet. Besides, the parking was onsite. The location was best possible, for example, Maroma Roots was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
